4dpredict Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 4dpredict platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of 4dpredict. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is accessible only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have met the minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 4dpredict platform. Creating multiple accounts, using a false identity, or submitting inaccurate information during registration is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 4dpredict will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.
Information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 4dpredict reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly during the withdrawal process. Failure to provide the required verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
4dpredict users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or activities that could harm the platform or other users.
- Sharing account access or transferring account ownership to another party.
- Exploiting technical errors or system loopholes to gain unauthorised advantages.
- Publishing, transmitting, or displaying any content that is defamatory, threatening, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others through the platform.
4dpredict reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances associated with fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 4dpredict platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform offers a range of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online bank transfer for the convenience of Malaysian users.
Deposits made into a 4dpredict account are strictly for the purpose of using the platform's services. 4dpredict is not liable for any losses resulting from failures by third-party systems (such as banks or digital wallet providers) during transaction processing. Any issues relating to deposits not received within the expected timeframe must be reported to our support team within 24 hours.
Withdrawals are subject to conditions set by the platform, including identity verification requirements and compliance with daily withdrawal limits. 4dpredict reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that do not follow the proper procedures or are associated with suspicious activity. Any disputes relating to transactions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The 4dpredict platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. The management accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from matches, games, or bets placed through the platform. Users acknowledge that all forms of betting carry inherent financial risk that must be borne by the individual.
Account Suspension & Closure
4dpredict reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or for legitimate operational reasons. In cases where an account is closed due to a user's breach of terms, any balance associated with unlawful activity may be withheld or forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4dpredict platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of the management or its licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any such content without explicit written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The 4dpredict platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. 4dpredict is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party services. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
4dpredict reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the update date will be displayed at the top of the document. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in effect.
These Terms & Conditions and all matters between users and the 4dpredict platform are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this document without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
